We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Service team. The Customer Service representative is responsible for handling service requests from our customers. To join our team, you must be outgoing, upbeat, and understand that the CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST.
Duties
• Providing assistance by telephone or e-mail to customers and inputting service calls into our service program.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Handling challenging situations calmly and in a professional manner.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Strong customer service skills; ability to diffuse client frustrations.
Ability to communicate to customers, co-workers and management in a professional/courteous manner.
Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills.
Must be computer literate.
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Must be a team player and have a strong work ethic.
