Our client, a construction litigation firm in Denver, is searching for a 3 years’ Litigation Attorney to join their growing legal defense team. Candidates interested in this should possess an active license to practice law in Colorado as well as the following skillsets.

• The ability to take depositions, attend mediations and other legal proceedings as needed.
• Prior experience conducting research, prepare various legal documents such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
• Th ability to help advise clients with evaluating options towards a successful outcome and plan a course of action.
• The successful candidate should have the ability to manage legal support staff in connection with completing client projects.
• Candidates with 3 years of defense litigation (preferably construction defect) experience in Colorado is preferred.
