Trial investigators work with trial attorneys in investigating allegations of unethical conduct by attorneys in Colorado. Trial investigators also are involved in other types of investigations relating to attorneys. They locate, organize and analyze court filings, client documents, financial records and other types of documents; identify investigative strategies for a matter; locate and interview witnesses; prepare and review responses to subpoenas; draft factual summaries for reports of investigation; and help prepare for and participate in hearings.
