Responsibilities
- Holding standards of appearance and service in our team members
- Holding standards of cleanliness of our restaurant
- Scheduling of the hosts, servers and busser staff
- Creating a positive environment among our staff
- Communicating clearly the needs of the staff to the owners
- Willing to work, develop and teach staff members
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Requirements:
