About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales Executive with a focus on the Healthcare vertical to join their team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling business-to-business services that provide operational and technological excellence, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement strategy. This role involves developing and maximizing sales through a combination of strategy, technology, and packaged solutions, and requires a trusted advisor approach to sales. The VP, Sales Executive will be expected to partner with internal subject matter experts, incorporate next-level services into sales conversations, and lead efforts to acquire new customers and increase revenue.Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a BPO sales environment, with a proven track record of success in meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals. Verifiable experience in selling into the healthcare vertical, particularly in the payer sector, is essential. The role demands the ability to cultivate C-level and senior relationships within client organizations, influence purchasing decisions, and manage the full sales cycle. The ideal candidate will be adept at consultative solution-selling, be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and have a strong background in technology-enabled services that enhance efficiency and productivity. The position requires a strategic, collaborative, and leadership-oriented approach to sales, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and partnering with multiple team members to achieve revenue growth.
