AppleOne Employment Services is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Carson, CA
Schedule- Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
Compensation- $20-$21/hr.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
- Monitor shipments and communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide dispatch and drivers with support as need it.
- Excellent Verbal and written communication Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi -task and yet be detail -oriented
- Excellent follow up skills
