Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary Leave Coverage)
RQ Construction, LLC, (a wholly-owned subsidiary of DPR Construction) is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator candidate to facilitate the coverage of the maternity leave of an existing employee.
Upon return of the existing employee from maternity leave, an evaluation of shifting this position to a Regular, Full-Time role will be conducted.
This position plays a key role internally, to provide support to the entire TA team in promoting a smooth and efficient recruiting process, no matter the geographic location of hire, as well as externally, to support the candidate experience from initial inquiry to successful hire.
Our TA team works hard to bring on new team members in every discipline of the company - from administrative support, to construction trade expertise, to project management, and beyond - in an effort to live out our Mission, Vision, and Values.
As a federal contractor, our TA team understands our obligations to our client (the Department of Defense) and works hard to ensure we maintain compliance, while simultaneously bringing on great new team members.
Our temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator will help support TA operations by actively using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining outreach to diversified sources, and helping to coordinate hiring efforts to the TA team and Hiring Managers.
The work is fast-paced and detail-oriented. Work can be done remotely in support of multiple time zones (including, but not limited to, ATD, EDT, CST, MST, and PST).
