We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our Burlington site. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our community, ensuring that our values of empowerment, diversity, and innovation are lived every day.

About the Role:

As an Executive Director at Mansfield Hall, you will manage all overall operations at your designated site, with support from the Executive Team. There is not a position that includes managing a board or fundraising. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to create an inclusive and supportive environment for our students, helping them to succeed in the Four Core Areas of Living, Learning, Giving, and Engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Vision: Promote a culture that nurtures the potential of both staff and students. Lead a team of managers, fostering inter-team communication, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality and consistent programming. Maintain a safe, productive learning environment.
  • Community Building: Foster a rich collegiate community for our students that emphasizes interdependence, giving back, learning in action, and restorative practice and reflection.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with educational consultants, community resources, and partnering institutions to enhance our program’s impact and reach.
  • Financial Management: Work with the Executive Team to develop a budget that reflects the site’s needs and goals.

Who You Are:

  • A holder of a graduate degree in social or behavioral sciences.
  • Experienced with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in educational settings.
  • Adept in various evidence-based practices, including Neurodiversity, Autism, and Executive Functioning Challenges.
  • Experience with co-occurring mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
  • Committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
