BBSI has forged a partnership with a leading Commercial Contractor. We are actively searching for an experienced Construction Sales/Business Development expert with established contacts in Northern California. This role involves overseeing and nurturing new customer connections, assessing, validating, and prioritizing potential opportunities, and spearheading the project acquisition strategy aligned with our branch Business Plan.
Essential Duties:
* Develop and execute revenue and market expansion strategies.
* Lead entertainment initiatives to nurture and expand partnerships.
* Contribute to annual business planning and direction setting.
* Foster strong client and partner relationships, adeptly resolving conflicts.
* Identify new business prospects, spearhead project interviews, and manage pursuit teams efficiently.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, sales, or business management, or 10 years of progressive experience in construction sales or client services.
* Proficient understanding of commercial construction principles and techniques.
* Minimum 5 years of successful business development experience in revenue and market expansion.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze market data, establish processes, and adapt in uncharted territories.
