Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree in related field required * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
* Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required * 5 years of experience in strategic communications, Change Management, or Stakeholder Engagement Planning
* 5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
* Experience facilitating Town Halls, Lunch and Learns, Survey Development and Administration.
* Experience developing tailored communications - executive messaging, Newsletters, User Videos, Workforce Communications
Preferred: * Experience directly with federal or Department of Defense clients
