Role and Responsibilities
Lead and manage organizational improvement projects across the community. Scope, plan, implement, and measure the value of projects across academic, research, administrative, affiliated, and economic development units of the organization. This position will interact on a regular basis with: Organization and unit management, faculty, and staff. This position typically will advise and counsel: Organization and unit management, faculty, and staff. This position will supervise: N/A
Job Duties:
1. Collaborate, design, and lead interactive group discussions and planning sessions.
2. Create materials and tools to support the organization in leading and managing organizational improvement.
3. Manage key elements of projects including calculations of estimated hours, resource requirements, progress updates, and critical path items.
4. Design and analyze results from quantitative and qualitative organizational assessments.
5. Present results from organizational assessments and improvement recommendations.
6. Facilitate and document client scoping meetings.
7. Identify and raise concerns about project risks and issues.
8. Bachelor's Degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification are required 3-5 years' experience.
9. Onsite work is required.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
