We are a private medically oriented optometric practice searching for an office manager for our Northern Virginia locations. Previous experience as an office manager or office administrator within the optical/optometry/ophthalmology field is required.
The office manager role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Office manager duties and responsibilities include coordinating staff schedules, making office supply arrangements, welcoming patients and providing general administrative support to our employees. Ultimately, the office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures, day-to-day operations and provide an exceptional customer experience.
