- Good Communication Skills.
- Basic computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and type good
- Answer phone calls.
- Make appointments check all faxes regularly and notify doctor for abnormalities.
- Call Pharmacy in Medications and refills.
- Store information like patient history and insurance.
- Schedule appointments based on doctor availability.
- Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Should be able to manage patient medical records and obtain appropriate information for patient medical records.
- Should be able to scribe notes while Doctor is seeing the patient (remote)
