Pay Range $15hr - $20hr
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and scan various confidential documents for electronic retention purposes.
- Process and organize scanned documents in various formats for retention on network and local.
- drives.
- Provide regular feedback regarding scanning status and direct any questions or concerns to supervisor.
- Perform additional general scanning and photocopying.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures, and types of filing systems.
- Ability to carry out assignments requiring organization of materials.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
