Your responsibilities Manage, inspire and coach a team of Tender specialists Establishing a high collaboration environment Continuously improving the process and tools for tender support Continuously follow-up KPI´s on Tender and Sales performance Reach the given KPI´s to meet our goals and customer expectations Your background Leadership experience with proven people manager skills Experience within Sales, Tender, Engineering or similar Fluency in English, written and spoken alike is required.
