Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. This is a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and review invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transaction
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of payment issues
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and procedures
- Experience working with accounting software, Yardi preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Pay: $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
