Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Evening Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Professional and conservative attire
- Food Prep: Night Audit is responsible for Breakfast setup
- Audit transactions to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments
- Assist with over the phone and in person reservations and room assignments
- Maintain communication with Hotel Management for assistance and rate inquiries
- Collaborate with other hotel employees to ensure accurate pass-down and essential information sharing
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

Skills:
- Reliability an absolute must as there is only one attendant on shift at a time

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to accept redirection from management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and financial accuracy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Problem-solving skills

18 years or older, must have reliable transportation to and from work. This position is primarily overnight shift. Weekends and Holidays are required.
