Job Description:

As a Bell / Valet at Hotel Yellowstone, you will play an essential role in our hospitality services by ensuring guests are warmly welcomed and provided with seamless support throughout their stay. This position combines the duties of a bellman and valet, requiring versatility and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with their luggage, and escort them to their rooms while informing them about the property’s amenities and services.
• Handle the parking and retrieval of guest vehicles with care and efficiency.
• Provide information and directions regarding local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a tidy and organized bell stand and valet area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in arranging and booking tours, transportation, and other activities requested by guests.

Position Details:

• Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
