Job Description:

As a Front Desk Agent / Guest Experience Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and personalized service from the moment they step into our hotel. This role is pivotal in shaping the guest experience and requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area, including dining, entertainment, and activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ensure the lobby area is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations and maintain up-to-date information on room availability.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
• Book adventure excursions and dining reservations for guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Position Details:

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
• Available shifts are 7 AM to 3 PM & 3 PM to 11 PM, with positions open 7 days a week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.00 – 40.00 per week
