Overview:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to join our team. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing equipment, replacing light bulbs, and fixing minor plumbing issues

- Conduct inspections to identify any potential maintenance needs and address them promptly

- Fabricate and install various components, such as shelves, cabinets, and fixtures

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot equipment issues

- Assist with electrical repairs and installations under the guidance of a licensed electrician

- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by responding promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal

- Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is a plus

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
