Metals USA - - is in search of a Human Resources Generalist with an opportunity in our Germantown, Wi, Chicago, IL, and Wooster, OH locations. The HR Generalist is responsible for performing human resources related duties on a professional level and works closely with the senior human resources leadership in supporting the coordination of talent acquisition and onboarding, training, employment relations, labor relations, safety, policy implementation, affirmative action, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, HRIS and benefits for multi-site heavy industrial facilities. The HR Generalist ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
