General Responsibilities:
- Conduct product research for the Project Management and Estimation Team
- Coordinate with supervisors to move/arrange existing materials, supplies and equipment between projects
- Coordinate with supervisors for delivery of material and supplies at job site
- Order rental equipment and storage containers for job site
- Track inventory at all projects
- Review invoices for price and quantity discrepancies against Purchase Order (PO)
- Enter Invoice Data into master sheets
- Windows 10 or 11 experience
- Proficient with MS Excel & Outlook & Teams
- Proficient with File Explorer (Create, rename, modify folders)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Data Entry
- Experience with dealing with sensitive documents
- Knowledge of building materials preferred
- Bilingual English & Spanish preferred
