Prodalim is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Winter, FL
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions
- Balance subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries
- Recording of debits and credits
- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
- Credit cards reconciliation – monitoring the transactions daily and making sure receipts are received and saved, verifying, allocating, and recording the transactions in our book
- Expenses reimbursement – gathering the employees’ receipts and travel expenses reports, checking the reimbursement amount, saving, and filing documentation
- Reconcile bank accounts daily
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
- Perform general finance duties and ad-hoc special projects
- Respond to all vendor inquiries
- 1099 Maintenance
Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable in the Food and Beverage or similar industry
- Strong English level
- Strong Excel and office skills
- Excellent analytical, abstract reasoning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with SAP B1 – A
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
