Project Management

The Project Management position is responsible for providing support for our customer representative on a daily basis. The duties as Project Management are supplying advice, handling inventory control, communication for the field, as well as Inside Sales Support, Shipping, Production and Accounting.

Key Attributes:

• Previous experience in a Project Management/Inside Sales Support
• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction practices
• Ability to multi task, organize, prioritize and coordinate work activities
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to participate effectively as a team member

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Assists in building and maintaining relationships with contractor customers by providing superior customer service
• Acts as a point of contact by supplying advice and information on products, and delivery scheduling
• Ensures all lines of communication are tied together
• Ensures that materials are available for timely shipment
• Reviews construction documents and understands material to provide support to field
• Identifies personal growth needs and learning opportunities
• Completes required orientation and safety training
• Commits to continued learning on products, packages, procedures and more
