Construction Project Manager
A highly respected and regionally based general contractor is searching for solid project managers for both ground up and renovation projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete P&L responsibility of all aspects of the construction project(s).
- Negotiate subcontracts, manage costs, work with owner & architect, maintain relationships with owner, A/E, and subcontractors.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of project management experience on vertical construction projects more than $5M. Experience representing a general contractor is required.
- Experience on federal construction projects is preferred but not required.
- Vertical construction experience is required. Design Build experience preferred.
