Job description

Toddy Gear, Inc. manufactures fun and fashionable lifestyle and technology accessories for both retail and the promotional products market.

We are looking for a high-energy, driven individual who is motivated by the opportunity to have a direct impact on earnings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and professional responses to all customers within your assigned region including, pricing requests, order status, product information, tracking information, and dispute resolution
  • Order Management: provide customers emailed art proofs to obtain approval for all orders within the assigned region
  • Process approved proofs and move orders for the assigned region through the production pipeline the same day of receipt from the client
  • Answer all inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries from clients the same day they are received.
  • Update order information consistently and accurately within the system
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and its customers to communicate precise details to produce orders correctly and within the timelines communicated.
  • Build positive working relationships with all customers, understanding their needs and business drivers.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the company, its products offered, overall capabilities, and services
  • Perform daily follow-up phone calls and email communication to expedite active orders through the company’s internal CRM and order management system
  • Actively manage and facilitate between production and sales any needed action regarding order disputes or returns to achieve timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Work with management to continuously improve all available tools and processes
  • Actively participate in a “team” environment

Requirements

  • College Degree or 2-3 years of Customer Service experience preferred
  • Prior demonstration of a high level of organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Must have a strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
