Job Title: Human Resources Director
Reports to: CFO
Supervisory Duties:
Directly oversees all Human Resources roles and responsibilities and activities of the Culture Ambassador.
Summary:
Plan and carry out policies and functions relating to all phases of Human Resources activity such as employment, compensation, benefits, learning and development and wellness by performing the following duties and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the staff. Accountable for creating and maintaining a Best Place to Work culture which attracts and retains top talent.

The position of Human Resources Director is "exempt" from overtime pay. The salary compensates you for all hours worked; you are not entitled to overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week.
