The role is part of our IT/Telecom team and involves offering IT and Telecom solutions to a range of small to medium sized organizations. We're looking for individuals who can bring in their unique problem-solving skills to provide cost-effective solutions and excellent service.Responsibilities: • Setting up PCs/Notebooks/Printers on the LAN and configuring wired and wireless routers & firewalls• Troubleshooting network-related hardware, software, internet & e-mail issues• Migrating customers from the old to a new server operating system such as the MS-Windows 2016/2019• Ensuring proficiency in the Microsoft desktop Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft Office• Knowledge of anti-virus, anti-malware software, and backup software• Configuring and managing databases and EO/IR systems• Providing deskside support and handling computer hardware issues• Managing Active Directory and configuration management• Familiarity with Lotus Notes and Citrix Technologies• Maintenance and troubleshooting of MS Windows 10 and desktop hardware.
