Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be working with our marketing director and management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
This is a part time position between 15-30 hours weekly. This is a flexible position that will only require one office day per week and 2 days of outside sales each week. In some cases, there will be more than 3 days of work for the week, such as weeks with multiple events or meetings to attend.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and attend weekly events within the community to build brand awareness. Targeting families, businesses, and young professionals. Such as Chamber of commerce, Parks and rec, parades, family events, etc.
- Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with local realtors, builders, apartment associations, assisted living and luxury communities. With focus on building relationships and new long term partnerships.
- Coordinate and attend events with groups such as MIBOR, BAGI or other similar associations that work directly with potential clients, realtors or builders.
- Build relationships with local businesses weekly, with focus on creating new partners and relationships that benefit each other.
- Research and identify opportunities within these groups to give in-kind donations for sponsor packages etc.
- Collaborate with the sales team on advertising sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and strategies
- Experience in advertising sales and print advertising is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and sales techniques
