Position: Assistant Marketing Manager - Marketing & EventsAs an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution
- Create and oversee marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Support the development of promotional content for social media, email, and other marketing channels
- Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and events team as needed
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of events, from planning to execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes
- Assist in the management of budgets, timelines, and project plans
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
