Marketing Associate (Part-Time) Job Description

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Create, execute, and manage marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital channels, including the company’s website, social media presence and email campaigns.

· Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, photographs, videos, podcasts, and other materials.

· Assist with defining target client segments and tailor messaging to effectively reach and engage those audiences.

· Create and manage a digital content calendar and work closely with our internal team and external third parties to generate thought-leadership and marketing content.

· Manage overall brand strategy in partnership with third-party agency.

Your Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

· 2 years of proven experience in marketing. Experience within the wealth management industry is preferred but not required.

· Meticulous attention to detail to help ensure accuracy in all marketing deliverables.

· Deep and demonstratable understanding of Microsoft365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

· Upbeat and positive personality

· Willingness to work part-time schedule, at our office in Carmel

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Word Press, Adobe Premiere Pro (or other video editing software), MailChimp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Canva
