Front Desk Office Staff
Ankle and Foot Surgical and Podiatry Clinic is looking for full-time Front Desk Office Staff for our office in our Pinehurst, NC location to join our team.
Job Description :
- Work with all three Ankle & Foot Surgeons
- Always greet patients with a smile, be helpful and polite
- Answer Phones / Return Messages
- Check patients in and out
- Schedule Follow-Up Appointments
- Confirm appointments for the next day
- Collect Copays and Co-ins payments
- Ensure proper forms are signed before checkout
- Closing out for the day
