JOB BRIEF: A Project Manager for Rhetson Companies is responsible for all aspects of a project to include the coordination and completion of projects on-time, and within budget. Projects responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following:
Familiarize self with construction documents, collect bids and verify for accuracy and qualification of bidding subcontractors.
Create construction schedule and update throughout the project.
Manage subcontractor work orders, schedules, and materials.
Complete material take-off, order materials, line up and coordinate utilities, and coordinate material deliveries.
Daily communication with site superintendents and owners
Manage all aspects of project closeouts including punch lists, permit closeouts, and bond release.
