We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Pinehurst, NC.

About the role

The Project Manager leads, coordinates, and budgets activities concerned with the construction of fiber optic projects. This role will participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee organization, scheduling, and implementation. This role will ensure projects are completed according to mutually agreed upon timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned projects to completion, ensuring that all activities, including loading, managing and progressing site acquisition, regulatory requirements, construction, and permitting are coordinated and completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop accurate project plans and budget for all assigned projects, modify as needed and direct close-out of completed jobs including receipt of all required documentation.
  • Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
  • Confer with Construction Managers to discuss matters including work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
  • Formulate reports concerning such areas as work progress, costs, and scheduling.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of Project Management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and its practices.
  • Ability to lead and drive execution of projects.
  • Strong communication skills across all departments in the organization.
  • Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
