The CSR would work 7 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday

• Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
• Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
• Booking appointments for customers
• Outbound calling for VIP Member visits due
• Email appointment reminders to service agreement customers
• Assisting employees with purchase orders as needed or requested
• Coordinating parts deliveries for technicians
• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
• Prepare all outgoing mail
• Receive inventory and deliveries in the absence of the Warehouse Coordinator
• Preparation of customer correspondence including thank you cards daily
• Surveying customers regarding work completed via phone and email
• Follow up on estimates prepared by Plumbing and HVAC technicians
• Parts deliveries as requested utilizing company vehicle
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
