Red Lion Hotel Wenatchee is looking for a motivated individual to join our Maintenance Team!

Maintenance Position Description:

• Maintain and repair the physical structure of the Hotel and furnishings as directed by the Chief Engineer.
• This includes electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pool/spa, irrigation, and other equipment to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
• Inspect and adjust all systems on a daily basis and respond to life systems alarms.-
• Respond to maintenance work orders and guest requests to ensure guests receive quality service and furnishings.
• Other duties as assigned or as needed to create a pleasant experience for our guests.

Position Requisites:

• Knowledge of engineering policies, procedures, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and energy management systems, license in one of the areas a plus. High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a hotel, commercial building, or building maintenance organization preferred.
• Ability to work in a typical maintenance atmosphere requiring heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize well to meet deadlines.
• Behaves with integrity, honesty and is open with guests and fellow associates.
• Develops effective working relationships with fellow associates, managers, outside representatives, and agencies.
• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
