Burrows Tractor of Wenatchee is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Parts Counter Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural, construction and lawn care equipment parts, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

• Assist parts counter coverage in the dealership, in-person, phone and email.
• Coordinate with shipping clerk to receive parts freight deliveries for customer orders.
• Contact customers when ordered items have arrived at dealership.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations to promote returning customers to the dealership.
• Distribute and rotate stock on the sales floor as instructed by the Parts Manager.
• Upsell additional parts, accessories, and related products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in Monthly/Quarterly parts inventory.
• Process cash invoices and sales for all customers that walk into dealership.
• Offer and promote the full line of products serviced by Burrows.
• Sweep and mop the parts area as well as the sales floor.
• Break down all cardboard boxes and empty all crash/recycling receptacles.

Additional Notes:

• Lift, carry and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25lbs and may occasionally weigh in excess of 80lbs.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
• Bilingual (preferred).
• 3 years of relevant job experience, preferably in the agriculture or equipment industry.
• A valid driver’s license and proven safe driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computerized inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
