JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective:
The purpose of this position is to ensure that all external and internal Information Technology system software and hardware are maintained, updated, and replaced in a cost effective and expedient manner.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
This position requires a person that possesses managerial and technical skills. Individual must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing with business associates, management and subordinates. Individual must be self-motivated and flexible to enable them to focus on several projects at one time.
The position requires an individual with extensive managerial skills and knowledge of Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems. Also requires strong Microsoft365 tenant and Azure Active Directory skills.
Knowledge of VMware virtualization is very beneficial.
Knowledge of Fiserv Premier, Linux, and Mac OS are beneficial but not a requirement.
Requires an individual with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Community Bank has adopted a 40 hour work week. Some flexibility in hours is necessary based on the location assignments, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and must work at least 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
Travel:
Travel for this position is limited to travel for meetings/training, hardware/software replacement/installation.

Strong clerical skills, good communication skills and professional appearance are necessary for this position. Abilities to manage Microsoft 365 Tenant and virtualization along with proficiency with computers, copiers, printers, and other office equipment are required.
