We’re seeking a future team member for the role of a Vice President, Information Security, Lead II to join our Cyber Identity Access Management, IAM Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Be responsible for overseeing numerous critical client IAM programs; perform project coordination and business analyst functions.
  • Lead a team of professionals across geographies, set direction and priority based on management discretion, perform workload balancing, address performance concerns, track deliverables, report on metrics and statuses, escalate concerns, and advocate best practices to stakeholders.
  • Conduct day-to-day oversight over programs that directly impact external client applications, client user entitlements, client experience with BNY Mellon systems, compliance with regulatory requirements such as PSD2, and implementation of enhancements to improve access turnaround times, reduce risk, and cut costs.
  • Contribute to the financial and reputational growth of the company across Asset Servicing, Corporate Trust, Broker Dealer Services, Treasury Services, Trade Services and Global Liquidity Services lines of business. 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • 8 years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the client access lifecycle across lines of business, familiarity with client applications and data repositories (e.g., CEEP, UPS/NEXEN, etc.), client access terminologies, IAM best-practices, and regulatory considerations required.
  • Working understanding of client access processes is strongly preferred.
