Are you an experienced IT Manager looking for a vital leadership role within an IT department? Look no further! We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure and lead our team of IT professionals. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning, project management, and ensuring the alignment of IT services with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience in IT, with increasing responsibilities over time. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. You should have a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and leading IT projects, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, as well as keeping up-to-date with current IT trends and cybersecurity practices. You must be able to strategize, plan, and implement IT initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
We are based in the greater Washington, DC area and are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. This person will be expected to join our team in our downtown DC office in person Monday through Thursday and has the option to work remotely on Fridays.
