Position: Administrative Officer – Support III 
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the Director and Deputy Director, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
2. Manage the daily calendars of the Director and Deputy Director, ensuring operational tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently.
3. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing sessions, including minute-taking and management of attendee contact lists, while upholding security protocols.
4. Provide comprehensive correspondence staffing support and oversight to over 25 Directorate action officers and staff, ensuring all documents adhere to security protocols and formatting standards.
5. Ensure all documents are prepared in the appropriate Department of Defense (DoD) format and are grammatically accurate, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
6. Monitor and track all Directorate suspense dates, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects, while adhering to security clearance requirements.
7. Facilitate travel arrangements for personnel, including itinerary planning, travel order preparation, and verification of security clearance requirements.
8. Oversee the preparation of travel vouchers, assist in developing trip reports, and provide briefings on significant occurrences during travel.
9. Maintain detailed records of the C&PE travel budget allocation, anticipate travel needs, and track expenditures, ensuring compliance with security clearance and budgetary constraints.
This full-time position is Monday through Friday and operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Limited travel may be required.

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
  • This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
