This person works with multiple internal and external partners to maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot web services and data details, integrating digital solutions to websites. This team is responsible for providing technical solutions to enable industry leading sales and service experiences that enhances the online shopping experience.

This position will work very closely with core brands and will interface with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including: lead creative agencies, technical partners and brand leadership.

This role will assist in managing schedules and timelines for developing new technical strategies, as well as communicating details to key stakeholders and impacted partners.

Responsibilities:

- Develop deep understanding of Brand ecosystem, customers, priorities and objectives

- Create customer centric strategies that are grounded in the brand ecosystem

- Primary communication link to the brands and technical partners on retail strategy

- Assess new technologies and their potential application to the auto retail market place

- Integrate the work of both creative agencies and technical providers

- Work closely with brands and technical partners to pilot concepts and measure effectiveness

- Setup, execute and maintain monthly data on brand websites

- Assist with incentive testing and technical troubleshooting during Go To Market launches

- Develop and maintain documentation and organization strategies to aid the team in efficiencies and effectiveness

- Partner with external technical agencies to gather technical requirements for application and web service upgrades, and manage release timelines to ensure business needs are properly met

- Manage web service versioning with multiple internal and external consuming partners

Required Experience:

- “Innovative” Retail Experience

- Ability to gain high-level understanding of complex IT solutions

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently

- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others

- Ability to execute in a multiple work stream project environment with changing priorities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong project management skills

- High-level knowledge of creating and reading API calls and responses is a plus

This is a hybrid position in Warren, Michigan. All candidates must currently be local and eligible to work in the United States without a sponsorship. We are not interested in corp to corp partnerships.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90-98K. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
