We are currently looking for self-motivated individuals, terrific presenters, strong communicators and someone who can close a deal. No experience necessary! We will provide all the training and tools to succeed.

Position Summary: As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you meet with our fantastic customers in their home offering expertise on which equipment best fits their comfort needs. Each day is spent building lasting relationships, serving customers, closing sales and building a path for a bright future.

Pay: Commission with uncapped earning potential!

Hours: Evening and Saturday availability required

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years sales experience required, in home setting preferred
• Ability to pass background screen
• Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
• Magnetic personality
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Proficient using Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Desire to make $100K per year income
• Excellent verbal skills
• Professional phone skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Well organized and ability to work independently
