We currently have an opening for an Executive Administrator The position is designated Statutory Exempt and is exempt from the State Human Resources Act.The NC Department of Technology is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator to support leadership in the Data and Security offices. The successful candidate will pay close attention to detail; staffing and travel; and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Executive administrators who enjoy a fast-paced and multi-faceted environment will thrive. Work requires contact with program staff, managers of other units within the organization, representatives of other state agencies/universities, advisory boards, legal staff, service recipients, elected/appointed representatives, and vendors. Duties include, but are not limited, to: Manage multiple priorities across the divisions with the soft skills to set expectations on priority deliverables.Be adept at state systems that manage procurement.Support activities for the Chief Data Officer, the Chief Geospatial Information Officer, and the Chief Risk Officer as well as provide support services to Directors and Deputies supporting both the Data Division and Enterprise Risk Office.About the Organization The N.C.
