The Executive Assistant provides high level, proactive administrative support to the Executive team.
The Executive Assistant maintains a professional & collaborative office environment.Using outstanding judgement this person will demonstrate the ability to function independently while considering all the varied aspects of situations requiring confident decision-making, and response to various priorities while working with minimal supervision.Discretion and tact are essential to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.This role will be required to work well under pressure – tight deadlines, anticipated schedule demands, coordinating changes with little advanced notice, etc.
