Location: White Plains, NY
Duration: 12 months DescriptionThe Billing Analyst will be responsible for handling daily billing requests for CPD, which include lump sum, payment plans, or financed options. Here are the key responsibilities:
- Lump Sum Billing: Initiated as milestones throughout the project, based on Project Manager's requests, contract terms, dollar levels, or Customer requests.
- Payment Plans: Created to reduce the IDC/STF charges on the projects.
- Financed Projects: Typically addressed at the project's end during reconciliation.
- Preparing billing requests in Primavera.
- Learning SAP and preparing SAP sales orders.
- Requesting sales invoices from Accounting.
- Gathering documentation for billing requests, including sales invoices and backups, and sending them to the Customer.
- Recording Customer payments in Primavera.
- Collaborating with Project Leads and Managers to address delinquent payments.
- Maintaining billing tracking schedules.
- Performing system reconciliation between Primavera and SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Business.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Primavera.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Procore is a plus.
