As an IT Specialist supporting our client you will be responsible for providing both phone and deskside support of the IT systems at this specific location.

Translate metrics into actionable insights and convey their significance effectively.
Gain hands-on experience in managing users and computers within our enterprise network.
Provide expert desktop support to ensure smooth IT operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT services.
Maintain and optimize hardware and software configurations.
Assist in IT projects to improve system performance.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in desktop support.
