Join our Team – IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technology infrastructure. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in both technical support and systems administration within the regulated and specialized clinical trial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for desktop and software applications, troubleshooting issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Administer and support Salesforce and other critical application platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of our team.
• Manage user account setups and configurations, including email systems and desktop provisioning.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Performing critical cybersecurity activities to include vulnerability scanning and remediation.
• Collaborate with team members to support IT projects and initiatives, helping to implement technology solutions that comply with regulatory requirements specific to clinical research.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• An associate degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is advantageous but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Active Directory), and Microsoft Office.
• Technical certification(s) such as A , Security , MCSA, CCNA.
• Experience in a technical support role.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and other enterprise software platforms
