Job Overview :

As a Treasury Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Treasury function as directed by the Treasury Manager.

Your Responsibilities :

• Opening and closing operating bank accounts and excess operating accounts.
• Monitoring Banking Analysis to ensure completion in a timely and accurate manner. Recording monthly bank statements and tracking CD expirations.
• Distributing in-house Avid Check Runs and in-house rush Checks.
• Processing Cook County Property Taxes for all associations.
• Maintaining the Purchase Card (P-Card) Program for FirstService Illinois associates. Open and close P-Card accounts as required and distribute monthly statements to cardholders.

Verify documentation is submitted by cardholders in accordance with standard procedures.

• Respond to all questions or concerns regarding the Purchase Card Program.
• Assist in compiling year-end accounting records to be submitted to audit firms.
• Assist and guide Community Association Managers by answering questions regarding banking processes and other related matters.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (open to all majors) or equivalent experience.
• Works effectively with coworkers, clients, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner;

addresses problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.

• Experience working with MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
• Must possess a growth mindset and an ability to multi-task / prioritize different projects at any given time.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
