Job Description:

As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio by acquiring distressed real estate. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Generation: Making outbound calls to distressed homeowners and handling inbound inquiries to identify potential acquisition opportunities.
• Property Analysis: Evaluating properties to determine their fit within our firm's various real estate exit strategies.
• Negotiation: Engaging homeowners to negotiate the purchase of properties at favorable prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to identify and secure real estate opportunities.
• Analyze and assess properties for potential profitability and alignment with our investment strategies.
• Skillfully negotiate with sellers to achieve optimal terms and advance our market position.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in sales, particularly over the phone.
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing a large volume of calls and maintaining detailed follow-ups with potential sellers.

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
• Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year salary commission from net profit of deals closed
• Potential for substantial earnings through commission and opportunities for career advancement within a growing firm.
